Can I purchase wholesale without a seller's permit?

Yes and No. If you aren't required to provide proof of a seller's permit (sales tax permit, reseller license, resale certificate, etc.), you likely aren't purchasing wholesale. This is because the seller's permit allows you to purchase in bulk without paying taxes, as well as resell and collect taxes. Learn more here.  However, you can still purchase in bulk from several vendors that offer low, wholesale prices (if not better) offering the same or similar styles. They are likely overseas so don't expect to recieve them in 3-5 days. Sites like Aliexpress, Alibaba, Lovely Wholesale, Ni Hao Jewelry, etc. are sites that you can get some of the trendiest "it girl" styles, packaging, supplies, and more. Check out the full list here.
